Rest in peace Terry

Well this is kind of a sad blog. We had a line of duty death last week when Terry Graham died of a heart attack. The full departmental funeral was yesterday. Here are some pictures that mrs. nozzle captured. That is me in the colour party with the american flag (I know I drew the short straw) Firefighters came from all over the country to attend (Edmonton, Calgary, Sault Ste Marie, Winnipeg, Toronto, NFLD, Halifax and of course all the departments from our province attended)

This was the most impressive gathering and demomstration of Loyalty I've ever seen. The Saint John Fire Dept is to be comended for an outstanding send off performance shown for TERRY, and I'm sure his family were deeply touched. Longwoody played a big part in organization and deserves a big pat on his back, and of course Nozzle-Man was perfect form. I felt bad for him, though, standing outside then in the church for hours...hot hot hot. GOOD JOB!! Very emotional

I am so proud of the SJFD Green men. I read the story in the Telegraph today, Longwood couldn't have done better as spokesperson for the dept.

Very sad though. Makes us all appreciate everything we have.
