That is exactly what you think it is! Thats right a scallop the size of a tea cup. Last night we had the crew over and I fried up some nozzle scallops.
I found some scallops that big at a fish market in Calgary! I couldn't believe it, they freeze the big ones and send them out west?! Good for Rod and I now, but really, it is hard to find big ones out east! I can't wait for our visit in May, we are eating fresh seafood the whole weekend!

What a crock!!! Firstly its frozen and secondly we can't see what underneath. Frozen doesn't count sorry brotha!
