Old Man Canadian Winter.Roof leaked due to too much ice on the shingles, but we're getting new ceilings, paint and flooring.
Oh, Old Man Winter must be 'Burst Ceramic Hotwater Cylinders brother' that lives in the Southern Hemisphere. They were abused when they were young I hear.
