A 'toss off' is what wankers do in NZ language. In fact another name for wanker is 'Tosser' so I think you should find another name for the Porter Street Toss off tournament.
Tossing, hurling, upchucking, calling on the big white phone, oh we mustn't forget riding the porcelain pony but I can't say wanker is anywhere to be found in the Maritimes, oh well guess it just proves that we have indeed polished up the English language.
