We played Guys against girls and cory the corduroy kid. Boy what a battle. If you have ever seen the movie Last Samurai then you know what kin of fight I am talking about!

Well with winter just around the corner it is time to start preparing for the cold. I had a bunch of wood I cut last year that needed to be split. Ol' Moose balls came over to help me. Sucks being old and frail and not able to do any work.

Jaws

The crew of rescue 5 were nice enough to convert this guys car into a convertible free of charge. This was one of the demos the SJFD put on for the public saturday. It was the kick off of fire prevention week. We also had a show and shine of variose fire trucks from the various volunteer depts from around the area. Just for point of interest R-5 won the poeples choice award and the SJFD quint won best in show.

I had to miss the annual run for the cure on Sunday. But Mrs Nozzle was there with bells on. As you can see from the picture there was a huge turn out of thousands of supporters and of course anything to do with breasts you know there will be a firetruck near by!
